ReEvolve Health Essentials offers a variety of Counselling Services. Emma's approach is person-centred and individual based. Together with her client. Focussing on understanding the true nature of our drives and uncovering the roots of our core behavioural and belief patterns.

Massage Therapy

ReEvolve Health Essentials offers Remedial Massage and Aromatherapy packages as well as Dry Needling and sports recovery massage. A master Aromatherapist, Emma enjoys implementing the power of the oils in her treatments to support the emotional Physical and spiritual wellbeing and physiological repair of the body.

Aromatherapy

ReEvolve Health Essentials uses quality therapeutic grade essential oils. With an emphasis on breathing techniques and meditation, we promote thoughtful practices to accompany regular massage to enhance both physical and mental well-being.

Yoga workshops

Emma from ReEvolve Health Essentials is a qualified children’s yoga teacher specialising in education and enhancement of somatic connections and focused yoga therapy to support the organs and body systems for health and vitality
